![]() If I have a transposed score (in several different keys), and I scan it into Photscore Lite and then import it into Sibelius-I start with a transposed score and if I use the Sibelius Transposing Score feature.the score is transposed a second time (not what I'm after). If I have a non-transposed score in a single key, and I scan this into Photoscore Lite and then import it into Sibelius-I can then use the Sibelius Transposing Score feature to view the transposed score. These often result in spurious key signs appearing. Pay particular attention to places where there are accidentals in any part at the start of a line. You can only sort this out by very careful checking before you port over. Photoscore has a nasty habit of putting in spurious key changes - especially in the transposing instruments. ![]() ![]() Don't allow Sib to choose the instruments.īefore you even get there, you need to make sure that all key signs/changes in each instrument are correct.
